They are some different definition to identify the intelligences of a dog. Some people measure the dogsŐ intelligent by how complex a task a dog can understand and perform. Some rank the dogs by how many repetitions a trainer need to enforce before a dog will follow the command. Intelligience from a dog is very subjective, a dog may appear very intelligent by easily picking up your commands but the ones which donŐt do not attest them as unintelligent because they might have the mind of their own. They just do not want to follow your command and please you. Our list is following the rank studied by Professor Stanley Coren a neuropsychologist and a phycologist from University of British Columbia.

Most Intelligent Dog Breed List:

- Can understand a new command with less than 5 repetitions and obey the command 95% of the time
